If you have a store and would like to offer Monroe ID products to your customers, please use our MSCI_Dealer_Application to become one of our valued dealers.

Our Medical ID, Pet ID, and Brass Nameplates are all available at wholesale pricing though our dealership program.  You may return the application via toll-free fax: 877-235-0179 or you may email the completed form to us.

We also offer display rack order cards (Med100) for our Medical ID tags for stores that would rather have a simple option available for their customers.  You may request our Med100 cards via email or by calling us  toll-free (1-800-628-0165).  No dealership setup is needed for our Med100 order cards.

Our Terms of Service For Wholesale Accounts

Terms are NET 30 DAYS from date of invoice to accounts with approved credit.

NEW ACCOUNTS:  A credit application is required.  Until such time as credit is approved, all orders must be accompanied by a check, VISA or MASTERCARD.


Accounts are billed monthly.  On the first of each month we send an itemized statement showing all sales from your location by order number and customer name.

Shipping Charges

Individual tag orders are mailed in a padded envelope directly to each customer via USPS First Class Mail.  Large orders are shipped via UPS.  F.O.B. Monroe, Wisconsin, unless otherwise noted.

Delivery Time

In stock products are usually shipped within 2 business days.  Back-ordered products are shipped as soon as they become available.  Standard delivery is within 10 business days of order receipt on most orders.


Defective merchandise and engraving errors will be replaced at no charge. In order to receive a replacement, errors and malfunctions must be reported within 30 days of order.  All purchases of custom engraved products are non-refundable.

Our Guarantee

Products will be engraved, as submitted to us, within the available space limitations.   If there is an error in the engraving, please let us know immediately.  We allow up to 30 days to submit tags for error correction at no charge.  After 30 days from time of sale, all engraving warranties are void.

All stainless steel components are guaranteed for a time of 3 months from time of purchase.  Broken chains, clasps or rings will be replaced at no charge during the first 3 months, we will repair or replace broken components at our discretion.  The original product must be returned to us for exchange or repairs.

All custom engraved products are non-refundable as stated in our Return Policy above.

Tag Care

Tags that become dirty can be wiped with a damp cloth or cleaned with mild detergent and dried immediately.


The text is deeply engraved into our stainless steel identification tags.  The stamping is permanent and will not wear off.  We color fill the stamping with red enamel to make each tag easier to read, however the red enamel IS AFFECTED by the ph of the skin, normal wear, moisture, etc., and IS NOT permanent. The text and emblem will remain clear and easy to read without the red color.
